You can easily redeem vouchers you have purchased or received as a gift in your shopping cart. Please note that you need a customer account to do so.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Log in: Sign in to your customer account.
- Add items to your cart: Shop as usual.
- Open the voucher field: In your cart, you'll find the section "Redeem gift voucher." Click on it to open the input field.
- Enter code: Enter your voucher code and click "Redeem voucher." Your available balance will then be displayed in green text.
- Proceed to checkout: When you go to checkout, in the final step under "Payment method," make sure to check the "Voucher" box to use your balance.
If your voucher covers the entire amount, the system will recognize this automatically and you won't need to select a payment method.
