This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
Although the package data is sent to the carrier as soon as your order is shipped, the tracking status only becomes active once your package is scanned for the first time at the carrier’s sorting center (DHL, Hermes, GLS, or freight carrier).
For this reason, the tracking information usually appears on the evening of the shipping day. In rare cases, due to high package volumes at the carrier’s sorting center, it may take up to 24 hours. We kindly ask for your patience, as we have no control over this process.
