Yes, you can have your order delivered to a DHL post office branch. The process is the same as for delivery to a Packstation:
- Register: Register as a customer or choose "Guest Access." First, make sure to enter your regular home address as your main address. This will also be your billing address.
- Change address during checkout: Go to your shopping cart and click "Proceed to checkout." On the left, you'll see your home address. Click the "Change address" button and then "Add new address."
- Select address type "Postfiliale": At the top, select the "Postfiliale" tab.
- Enter details: Fill in the fields with your name and the details of your chosen post office branch. You do not need to provide a post number, but you may do so if you wish.
- Use this address: Confirm your entry by clicking "Use this address."
Important notes:
- You do not need a DHL customer account or a personal post number.
- Use the DHL Post Office Finder to find the nearest DHL post office branch.
