Yes, we are happy to deliver to DHL Packstations. Here’s how to enter the address correctly during the order process:
- Register: Register as a customer or choose "Guest Access." First, make sure to enter your regular home address as your main address. This will also be your billing address.
- Change address during checkout: Go to your shopping cart and click "Proceed to Checkout." On the left, you’ll see your home address. Click the "Change Address" button, then select "Add New Address."
- Select address type "Packstation": At the top, choose the "Packstation" tab.
- Enter your details: Fill in the fields with your name, your DHL customer number (Postnummer), and the details of your chosen Packstation.
- Use this address: Confirm your entry by clicking "Use this address."
Important notes:
- You need a DHL customer account with your personal Postnummer.
- Delivery to a Packstation is only possible for parcels up to a size of 60x60x60 cm.
- Use the DHL Packstation Finder to find the nearest Packstation.
