Yes, absolutely! You can pick up your online order at our logistics center in Nidda and save on shipping costs.
This is how self-collection (Click & Collect) works:
- Order: Select "Click & Collect (Pickup)" as your shipping method during checkout.
- Wait: We will send you an email with your pickup slip as soon as your order is ready for collection.
- Pick up: Bring your pickup slip (on your phone or printed out) with you when you come to us.
Pickup times:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- No pickups are possible on Saturdays, December 24th/31st, or on public holidays in Hesse.
